Multi-Disciplinary Works Contract for Major Works and Major Repairs

The main focus and scope of works comprise of major works (including general building works) and major repairs (which may include void properties). This contract will also be used for:•In year 1-2 of the contract, circa 70 bathroom refurbishments (at Robinson House) (NOTE this applies to initial contract year only)•In year 1 of the contract, circa 12 new kitchens and 12 new bathrooms (at Lilac Close) (NOTE this applies to initial contract year only)•Beyond year 1 of the contract, ad hoc kitchen and bathroom replacements and/or refurbishments (note that the planned maintenance programme is separate from this contract) Works will include the following varied trades; this is an indicative list only:•Electrical & Mechanical Systems•Plumbing, Heating & Water Systems•Structural & Exterior Works (such as walls, fencing, roofing, windows and doors)•General Building & Construction (multi-trade works)•Interior Finishes & Installations (such as carpentry, flooring and decorating)•Specialist (such as damp proof)•Loft Insulation•Groundworks Construction work Contract start: 2026-10-01T00:00:00+01:00 Contract end: 2031-09-30T00:00:00+01:00 Suitable for SMEs
