The service includes a comprehensive management portal for device allocation, escalation list management, audit trails, and usage reporting, alongside a structured implementation and transition plan covering rollout, migration, communications, and training. Ongoing support and lifecycle management (including fault replacement, logistics, accessories, and lost or damaged device processes) are also essential components of the solution.The initial term of the contract shall be for 3 years (36 months).
