Hillingdon PS HQ - M&E Works

The works comprise of two works packages: replacement of the boiler plant and replacement of the mains LV switchboard. The boiler works are to strip outthe existing boilers, flues, pipework and redundant oil tank and replace with four new gas boilers complete with new gas and LTHW pipework, a plate heatexchanger, pressurisation units, air and dirt separators flues, and a temporary boiler to maintain heating during the works, along with all associated electrical,controls/BMS, and builders work. The switchboard works are to remove the existing mains LV switchboard, installing a temporary panel board to keep thebuilding powered and subsequently replace with a new mains LV switchboard, re-terminating and partially replacing the existing submains, andtesting/commissioning the full installation in coordination with UKPN including surveys and validations Construction work Contract start: 2026-08-25T00:00:00+01:00 Contract end: 2026-10-23T00:00:00+01:00 Suitable for SMEs
