The purpose of the Regional Excellence for Access to Comprehensive Care for Hemophilia Networks (REACH Networks) is to improve access to coordinated evidence-based comprehensive care for individuals with hemophilia and other related bleeding and clotting disorders.This program will expand access to comprehensive care, conduct quality improvement projects, train the workforce, provide ongoing education to Hemophilia Treatment Center staff, improve best practices for comprehensive and collaborative care including lifespan transitions.
