The study assesses funding trends, donor contributions, recipient types, and conservation strategies, highlighting financing gaps, disparities in resource distribution, and the limited share of direct funding reaching Indigenous Peoples and local communities. The report provides recommendations to strengthen donor coordination, improve funding accessibility, address geographic funding gaps, and enhance the effectiveness of conservation investments throughout the Amazon region.
