The purpose of this program is to strengthen and expand the state system’s ability to provide integrated, evidence-based substance used disorder and maternal mental health services for pregnant and post-partum women and their families.

The purpose of this program is to strengthen and expand the state system’s ability to provide integrated, evidence-based substance used disorder and maternal mental health services for pregnant and post-partum women and their families. Eligible applicants are statutorily limited to:• Single State Agencies (SSA) for Substance Abuse.• The District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau are also eligible to apply.
