Provision of Stray Dog Kennelling

To deliver a comprehensive stray dog kennelling service to support its statutory duties under Section 149 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The service will include the seizure, detention, care and welfare of stray dogs for a minimum of seven clear days, ensuring that all animals are appropriately housed, fed and monitored throughout their stay.
