Colville Heat Network - DBOM Contract

The London Borough of Hackney has awarded a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain(DBOM) contract for the delivery of the Colville Heat Network. The contract comprises thedetailed design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a low-carbondistrict heat network serving the Colville and Britannia developments. The scheme willprovide low-carbon heat to more than 1,500 homes together with schools, a leisure centreand other connected buildings, supporting the Council's Climate Action Plan and net zeroobjectives. The contract includes an initial 15-year term with an option to extend theoperation and maintenance services for up to a further 10 years.
