The Office for National Statistics is looking for an innovative and creative communications supplier to encourage a missing generation of 18-34s to respond to its surveys, in a game-changing effort to overcome declining survey participation. The supplier will use its expertise to develop a campaign strategy that speaks to this hard-to-reach group using a range of highly targeted and broadcast media. This is a vital ONS campaign that will not only aim to increase survey participation and trust in the ONS, but learnings will also be used to inform future campaigns and lead into Census 2031 planning and campaign development. The supplier should have an in-depth understanding of how to engage with 18-34-year-olds and a track record of successful behaviour change campaign, particularly amongst this age group. The Contract will be for an initial 1-year period with an option to extend in 1 yearly increments reviewed on an annual basis. (1+1+1) The maximum contract value is £1,000,000.The Contract was offered under Government Commercial Agency Communications Marketplace DPS - Agreement ID: RM6124 these will be the Terms and Conditions which will govern any resultant Contract.
