Hankinnan kohteena on Ulosottolaitoksen Uljas-tietojärjestelmään liittyvät ylläpito- ja kehityspalvelut sekä edellä mainittuja palveluja edeltävä tiedonsiirto eli transitio, jossa nykytoimittaja tekee tiedonsiirron kilpailutuksessa valittavalle toimittajalle. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu ylätasolla osallistumispyynnön liitteessä A "Hankinnan yleiskuvaus". Hankinnan kohteen yksityiskohtia voidaan tarkentaa lopullisessa tarjouspyynnössä. Hankintayksikkönä toimii Oikeusrekisterikeskus (ORK). Tällä hetkellä järjestelmän ylläpidosta ja kehityksestä vastaa CGI Suomi Oy. Hankinnan valmisteluun ovat osallistuneet Sofigate Oy ja Hansel Oy. Osallistumispyynnön liitteenä on toimitettu luonnostasoinen alustava tarjouspyyntö liitteineen (Liite D alaliitteineen).
