Dynamický nákupní systém k zajištění dodávek pneumatik formou jednotlivých Výzev, jejichž výstupem bude vždy samostatná kupní smlouva s jedním účastníkem DNS dále specifikovaného předmětu plnění, a to dle potřeb zadavatele. Prostřednictvím DNS budou realizovány Výzvy separovaně pro dvě základní kategorie pneumatik: Kategorie č. 1 - Pneumatiky pro osobní, užitkové a terénní vozy (do 3,5t) Kategorie č. 2 - Pneumatiky pro nákladní, zemědělskou, lesnickou a ostatní strojní techniku Součástí každé Výzvy může být zadavatelem požadována nejen dodávka pneumatik, ale rovněž dle aktuálních potřeb také bezúplatný protokolární zpětný odběr a ekologická likvidace opotřebených pneu.
