De Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA) is voornemens het Tania Leonhuis te renoveren en met nieuwbouw uit te breiden. De uitvoering hiervan start in Q3 van 2026 en heeft een totale omvang van 16.700 m2 bvo. Met deze aanbesteding wenst de HvA een opdracht te verstrekken voor de directievoering en bouwtoezicht tijdens de uitvoering van dit project. De HvA is op zoek naar een professioneel team bestaande uit een goed opgeleide en ervaren directievoerder, een toezichthouder bouwkunde en een toezichthouder installaties, die aantoonbaar ruime ervaring hebben met onder andere: onderwijshuisvesting, BIM en projecten met een hoge duurzaamheidsambitie (BREEAM).
