Country: Syrian Arab RepublicOrganization: Independent Doctors AssociationClosing date: 10 Oct 2026Who we are?IDA is an international independent non-governmental organization providing medical and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflicts, natural disasters and epidemics regardless of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.IDA was founded in 2012 by Syrian doctors from Aleppo in response to the healthcare and humanitarian crisis in Syria.IDA Syria is the main healthcare provider in the Northern Aleppo/Syria area, working closely with 500,000 IDPs and 700,000 host community through 20 healthcare facility and other health and nutrition projectsDuring last year, IDA has provided 1.2 million services in Heath, Nutrition, WaSH and Camp ManagementLocation: Syria - Aleppo -Main Duties and Responsibilities:• Identifying the psychosocial needs of people with disabilities and disabilities and those caring for them and their families.• Provide and coordinate appropriate psychosocial support through family-based or group-based approaches in coordination with the technical consultant of the "Humanitarian and Inclusion" organization for psychosocial support.• Organize recreational activities for adults and children.• Involve active beneficiaries in all stages of assessment and response to ensure sustainability of intervention.• Use diverse communication methods (written, oral, etc.) during activities to ensure effective integration.• Identifying the needs for referral to the relevant mental and psychosocial counseling agencies.• Work in coordination with rehabilitation workers to provide comprehensive intervention for people with disabilities and disabilities, including children. 2.
