During last year, IDA has provided 1.2 million services in Heath, Nutrition, WaSH and Camp Management
Location: Syria - Aleppo -
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision, case consultation and advice to a team of CP and GBV workers along with the Protection Officer and Manager.
Ensure that the case management system is up and running and has up-to-date standard operating procedures, referral pathways, and information-sharing protocol.
• Manage a team of employees in case.
• Managing referrals for more complex child protection and gender-based violence issues.
• In cooperation with the Protection Officer and Protection Manager, a capacity-building plan for case specialists is developed.
• Facilitate and participate in facilitating case management training for caseworkers and other relevant personnel as needed.
Facilitating weekly conference meetings.
• Responsible for compiling the weekly report from the Care Workers and submitting it to the Protection Officer.
• Establishing a weekly and monthly work plan for caseworkers.
Ensure that all relevant case files are up-to-date and documented in accordance with best practices.
• Responsible for keeping the Child Protection and GBV Case Management database sheet up-to-date and for submitting this document weekly to the Protection Officer.
• Liaise and collaborate with other CM actors as and when required.
• Participate in new site / service evaluations, program planning, together with the Protection Officer and Protection Department.
• Act as a focal point for contact and cooperation with other sectors' employees and external actors in the camps.
Any other duties requested by the supervisors.
