Under the supervision of the Communication Officer, the intern will support the identification, collection, development and organization of human-interest stories and social media content that demonstrate UNICEF's programme results and amplify the voices of children, adolescents, families and communities. The intern will work closely with the Communication and Advocacy Section and programme colleagues to transform programme information and field experiences into compelling, accurate and accessible stories for UNICEF's website, social media platforms, donor communications and other communication channels. The internship will also provide practical professional experience in communication for development, digital storytelling, ethical reporting on children and results-based communications within a United Nations environment.
