The method of payment will be Pay order/ demand draft or a telegraphic transfer through Bank Account Title: Sindh Irrigation & Drainage Authority (Bid Security), Account No 0401-001739-6100 IBAN No. PK61SIND0004010017396100 The document will be sent through a pre-arranged courier by the potential bidder, or may be obtained from the office address given below.5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 27th October, 2026, at 12:00 Noon (PST local time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 8 million for Canal Modernization & Rehabilitation Works of Khorwah Distry, under Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project.7.
