The Oromia Irrigation and Pastoralist development Bureau /Oromia Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.• The consulting services (“the Services”) include ET-ORO-RPCU-570403-CS-QCBS Consultancy Services for Design and Study of Bridges and Rural Gravel Roads in Madawalabu, Sawena, Elwaye, Dawe Sarar and Mieso Woredas, Experience General Consultancy experience: the firm shall have a minimum of 7 years' experience in providing professional consulting services in engineering, infrastructure planning, feasibility studies, design or related fields. Specific Experience: The firm has successfully completed at least 4 similar assignments during the last 5 years, including detailed engineering design or combined feasibility study and services. At least 2 of the assignments shall be comparable in nature, size, complexity, and technical requirements to the proposal assignment, 3 Months from the date of contract signing Expected start date of assignment 15 March 2027 The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be found at the following website: https://www.oipdb.gov.et/ or can be obtained at the address given below. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Service.• The shortlisting criteria are: Core business and years in business, qualification in the field of the Assignment, Technical and managerial organization of the firm.
