G-GP-W-RFB1).• The Green Plan invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders for the implementation of the above-mentioned civil works under the Contract: Rehabilitation of Agricultural Roads – Batch 1 (4 lots). The Contractor shall complete the rehabilitation, upgrading, and maintenance of the existing agricultural road in different roads across Lebanon including but not limited to necessary soil stabilization, drainage, and surface repairs needed to improve rural accessibility, at a minimum acceptable service condition for an agricultural road.The project includes 4 roads lots distributed over 4 Cazas:Lot # | Road Name | Governorate | Caza | VillageLot 1 | Mazraat el Chouf - Ain El Bakalle | Mount Lebanon | Chouf | Mazraet El choufLot 2 | Barghoun- Fiaa | North Lebanon | Koura | Barghoun – Afsdik – Fiyaa- BdabhounLot 3 | Wadi El Arayesh - Bahina | Bekaa | Zahle | Wadi El ArayeshLot 4 | Hermel Mansoureh_Mfazzar | Bekaa | Hermel | MansourehDuration of Works: Five (5) months after the beginning of the assignment• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (2020) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The contract related to each lot will be awarded to the Bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost to the Employer, subject that the selected Bidder meets the required qualification criteria and the aggregate minimum requirements for respective lots as specified under paragraph 4 below.• Bidders have the option to submit a Bid for one or more of the lots listed in the table above.
