Specific Procurement NoticeRequest for Bids (Goods)(One-Envelope Bidding Process)Country: The Republic of UzbekistanName of Project: RESILAND CA + Program: Uzbekistan Resilient Landscapes Restoration ProjectContract Title: Supply of Cargo Trucks (Flatbed) for Forestry Operations – 20 unitsCredit No.: IDA-7138RFB Reference No.: LRP/G/NCB/10• The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Resilient Landscapes Restoration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for supply of Flatbed Truck – 20 units for the Forestry Agency under the National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Forestry Agency).• The Forestry Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of the following special machinery equipment for the needs:Name of machines and mechanisms | QuantityFlatbed Truck | 20 units• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit under the Forestry Agency – Mr. Abdukakhkhor Kodirov (procurementresiland2025@gmail.com) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 hours at the address given below.• The RFB Document in English may be obtained by eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail.• Bids must be delivered to the address below Tashkent, Chilanzar district, Bunyodkor ave., 7A on or before 05 November 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
