The procurement comprises 13 separate items. Suppliers may submit quotations for one, several, or all items. Each item will be evaluated and awarded separately.The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Fifth Edition, September 2023, and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Regulations.Award will be made separately for each item to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive Supplier, in accordance with the requirements specified in the RFQ.The RFQ documents are available in English and Russian. In case of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail.
