The weighbridge shall compose of:• Static Multi-Deck Weighbridge• Multi-Deck Weighing Functionality• Load Cells• Low-Speed Weigh-in-Motion Pre-Screening• Weighing Indicator• Automatic Vehicle Identification• Traffic Control System• Weigh Station Management Software• Integration with DRTSS/MALTiS and Regional Systems• Data Security and Audit Trail• CCTV and Surveillance• Power and Communications• Storage and Installation Interface Requirements• Calibration, Verification and Legal Metrology• Warranty and After-Sales SupportThe quantity is one (1) and will be delivered at Mwanza Border Post with a delivery period of 90 days. There will be no margin of preference.3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, Seventh Edition, September 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Applicants as defined in the Procurement Regulations.4.
