A portion of the proceeds of the loan will be used for payments for the consultancy services to be procured under the Project. The Türkiye: Education for Job Market Readiness Project (E4J) aims to strengthen learning environments that support students' acquisition of priority skills, to support the professional development of teachers, and to ensure more effective participation of the private sector in education processes.
