The role will facilitate the generation, documentation, synthesis, sharing, and utilization of knowledge, evidence, innovations, and lessons learned across the program. Working closely with technical teams, MERL team, government counterparts, implementing partners, and other stakeholders, the Knowledge and Learning Manager will promote a culture of learning and adaptive management to enhance program effectiveness, influence policy and practice, and support sustainability of program results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the program's Knowledge Management and Learning (KML) Strategy and Plan, establishing systems, processes, tools, and digital platforms to effectively capture, organize, store, retrieve, analyze and disseminate knowledge, evidence, and learning accessible across the program.Foster a culture of continuous learning, reflection, innovation, and adaptive management by facilitating learning reviews, pause-and-reflect sessions, after-action reviews, and other learning events that enable program teams to identify lessons learned, emerging challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Lead the development and quality assurance of the technical content and evidence base for knowledge products, including learning briefs, case studies, technical reports, policy briefs, research summaries, ensuring the systematic documentation of program achievements, innovations, and best practices.
