Stage 1 is an open Expression of Interest (EOI) that shortlists respondents on capability, capacity and integrity. A Request for Tender (RFT) will then be issued to shortlisted respondents only, to establish the panel. Individual activities will be sourced from the panel as they are scoped. The indicative planning estimate for the whole panel over its term is AUD $20 million, with no guarantee of work volumes.Respondents assess themselves against four capability areas:A: PortsB: Shipping and fuelsC: Policy and regulation (maritime-specific)F: Functional capabilitiesRespondents do not need to cover every area. P4I welcomes responses from specialist, niche and local organisations as well as larger multi-capability firms. Respondents are shortlisted for the areas in which they demonstrate delivered work and suitable personnel, and must provide an insurance statement.
