By applying them, the Confederation as a whole aims to become more effective through good governance, sound management and strong accountability.? Design & Development of a Digital PlatformThe assignment will support the next phase of the Caritas Internationalis Management Standards (CIMS) Review, transforming the revised CIMS processes and tools into a secure, user-friendly and sustainable digital platform including the digitalisation and integration of the Organizational Development Solidarity Fund (ODSF).? What will the consultancy cover?The selected consultant/firm will support Caritas Internationalis to:?Digitalise the CIMS process?Develop a digital Organisational Review Tool (ORT)?Digitalise the ODSF?Build a CIMS information and reporting system? Dashboards and data visualisation? Trend and comparative analysis? Reports at Member Organisation, Regional and Confederation levels? Secure, role-based access to information? Connect CIMS and ODSF so that relevant information from CIMS assessments, risks, priorities and Improvement Plans can be linked to ODSF applications and supported activities, reducing unnecessary duplication.? Key requirementsThe platform should also consider:? Multilingual functionality — English, French and Spanish?? We are looking for a consultant or consultancy firm with: ✅ Proven experience developing digital platforms ✅ Experience translating complex organisational processes into digital workflows ✅ Strong UX/UI, database and application-development expertise ✅ Experience with assessment, compliance or organisational-development systems ✅ Experience with dashboards and reporting systems ✅ Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection ✅ Experience with testing and deployment ✅ Strong project-management capacity ? Experience with international NGOs, humanitarian/development organisations, multilingual platforms, safeguarding information systems or Caritas/faith-based networks is an asset. ?
