The duration of the assignment is twelve (12) months.• The procurement will be conducted through open national competition using the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure with post-qualification and rated technical criteria, in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (November 2020). The Contract will be awarded to the substantially responsive, qualified Service Provider obtaining the highest combined score (70% technical and 30% financial).• The Request for Proposals (RFP), including the scope of work, equipment specifications, and qualification and evaluation criteria, and any addenda are available at https://weather.gov.pk/home/circulars#tender.• Proposals, with the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes enclosed in one outer envelope, must be delivered to the address below by 1500 hours Pakistan Standard Time on 23 November 2026. Electronic submissions will not be accepted, and late Proposals will be rejected.
