Identifier: CERV-2025-DAPHNE Status: Open Submission procedure: multiple cut-off Opening date: 2026-09-18 Deadline: 2026-11-23 Budget: €900,000 The CoPower project is implemented by Oxfam Italia ETS, Action Aid Hellas, Asociación Bienestar y Desarolloa and We World-GVC. It started on 1 March 2026 and will end on 28 February 2029. Its objective is to strengthen the capacity of Civil Society Organisation (CSOs) to provide safe and inclusive services for victims of gender-based violence (GBV) against women, girls, and children in all their diversity across six European countries: Italy, Greece, Spain, Serbia, Romania, and Albania. The project foresees three national calls, along with transnational calls involving the following country pairs: Italy–Serbia, Spain-Romania, and Greece-Albania. The national calls will fund at least 10 projects in Italy, 10 in Spain and 10 in Greece. The transnational calls will fund 5 projects for Italy and Serbia, 5 projects for Spain and Romania and 5 projects for Greece and Albania. Overall, a minimum of 60 CSOs will be engaged, fostering meaningful cross-country cooperation. A comprehensive capacity-sharing programme for CSOs will include needs assessments, training, mentoring, and both national and international workshops to promote mutual learning and support in the full implementation of the EU Violence Against Women Directive.
