The PCU invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform these services.The attention of interested Consultants (firms) is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 World Bank’s Procurement Regulations dated July 2017, revised in November 2017, August 2018, November 2020, September 2023, and September 2025 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
