The S.A. “Administraia Naional a Drumurilor” (“NRA” or JSC “National Road Administration”), an implementing agency (the “Client”), intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan/credit to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Expressions of Interest is issued.The selected Consultant is expected to provide professional assistance to the Client in administration of the WB funded Contract with due diligence and by carrying out the duties of the Engineer as defined in the conditions of the Works Contract.The duties of the Consultant for the supervision of the execution of design and works under Corridor 5, as per the “FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant & Design-Build (2nd Edition, 2017; Reprinted 2022 with amendments)” published by the Federation Internationale Des Ingenieurs – Conseils (FIDIC).The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained following a formal request to the Client to procurement.wb@andsa.md.The Assignment is expected to start in May 2027 and has an estimated overall duration of 42 months, which includes 30 months of works supervision and 12 months covering Defects Notification Period the Performance Certificates issue and other closing activities, Final Account and Contract close-out.The estimated minimum number of person-months required for the assignment is 211 person-months. The number of permanent staff of the consultant must be at least 10 for each of the last 5 years starting 1st of January 2021 at the deadline for submission of proposals.
