Interested Consultants should provide information (on English language) demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.The criteria for selection are following:Proven experience in port strategy, port management and port finance | MandatoryYears of general experience in the field of the assignment | 50Number and relevance of assignments covering similar scope of services | 35Experience /knowledge of the Montenegrin legal framework of the ports and maritime sector | 15Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy.
