For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.2. The Federal Ministry of Agriculture & Food Security - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRIN 2.0) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Crop Seed & Seedlings. The descriptions of goods are provided in Section II –Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1 and the distribution to end lines is on Annex1 attached to the bidding document.3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive bidding procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers,” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Federal Ministry of Agriculture & Food Security - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRIN 2.0) Project: Dr. Dogara Okara - National Project Manager. e-mail: okaradb@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.5.
