Les objectifs de la consultance est de former les parties prenantes nationales et partenaires techniques et financiers afin de • Permettre aux participants de mieux comprendre les éléments clés d'un système de protection sociale. • Faciliter la réflexion critique de chaque participant afin d'identifier les domaines dans leur propre position et ministère/agence pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience du système de protection sociale. • Préparer le terrain pour relier la nouvelle compréhension du système de protection sociale à la contextualisation de l'Accélérateur mondial en Guinée. • Poser les bases techniques pour une participation de qualité au dialogue national pour la mise en place d’un socle national de protection sociale • Renforcer les capacités nationales afin de mieux comprendre la nécessité d’une révision de la politique nationale de protection sociale
