Under the supervision of the WASH Officer, the WASH Technical Consultant for Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) is accountable for the timely and quality implementation of the WASH-MHM program, under the CER Output 5.2, with particular focus on the promoting Menstrual Hygiene Management and the institutionalization of the Oky Menstrual Period Tracking App in the Philippines. The implementation Oky under the TUSIP program and the emerging climate-environment agenda for MHM has expanded the opportunity to reach more adolescents in the Philippines. To maximize this opportunity, the WASH-MHM program, particularly the Oky project, requires continued personnel support for technical assistance delivery, marketing and user acquisition, and systems strengthening. UNICEF needs the services of a dedicated consultant to support Oky Philippines and WASH-MHM tasks/activities and provide technical assistance to CSO and government implementing partners
