UNICEF Jakarta is looking for an Education Officer (Foundational Skills, Gender & Disability Inclusion) reports to the Chief of Education for close guidance and supervision. The role of the Education Officer is centred on providing research, analysis and recommendations based on advanced knowledge of foundational skills development, and matters relating to the provision of equitable and inclusive education. The position also provides quality technical support to UNICEF Indonesia’s flagship foundational skills development programme, including supporting the development and implementation of GEDSI strategies and M&E frameworks. The position contributes to the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) System Capacity Grant work programme, particularly on its technical oversight of research relating to gender and inclusive education issues. This is a Temporary Appointment contract for 364 days based in Jakarta.
