The tender was classified as a light-touch procurement in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Procurement Act 2023. Procurement documentation was made available to participating tenderers through the e-tendering portal MultiQuote, enabling access to the procurement information and submission of tenders.Following completion of the competitive procurement process, the Trust identified a successful tenderer in accordance with the published evaluation methodology and award criteria. The estimated value stated in the UK4 Tender Notice was below the applicable threshold and was a genuine estimate made in good faith, based on the Trust's assessment of the anticipated contract requirement and historic contract expenditure. However, following evaluation and selection of the successful tender, the actual value of the proposed contract is above the applicable threshold.
