The Financial Management Specialist will ensure the compliance of the components to the World Bank Procurement Regulations. The duration of consulting service is for 12 months with possible extension based on satisfactory performance.The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be found at the following website: www.motl.gov.et. Interested Financial Management Specialists should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
