Implementation is expected to commence on 1st January 2027.The objective of this assignment is to provide professional Distributed Renewable Energy (DRE) Expert services to the Project Implementation Unit in the implementation of activities in compliance with the Project Financing Agreement and the Project Appraisal Document (PAD).Interested Consultants are advised to request for the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment, by sending an email to the email address provided below, with the subject: “Request for Terms of Reference for the position of ‘’Distributed Renewable Energy (DRE) Expert”.The Ministry of Energy (MoE) now invite eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information, demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to provide the Services.Reviewing of CV’s and shortlisting of consultants will be based on relevant experience and relevant academic qualification.The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
