The purpose of this consultancy is to provide strategic and technical monitoring and evaluation (M&E) expertise for the development of the M&E components of South Africa's Global Fund Grant Cycle 8 (GC8) Request for Funding (RF). The consultant will ensure that all M&E, performance measurements, and reporting requirements are evidence-based, technically robust, and fully aligned with Global Fund guidance and requirements across all funding request modules.
