SDTF No. TF C7573-KG: The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic's “Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing” project, financed by the World Bank, announces a competition for the following vacant position:Date of publication: 27-10-2026Deadline for applications: 11-11-2026As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position:National Consultant for Coordination with the State Institution “Kyzmat” on the Implementation of Digital Health SolutionsQualification Requirements:• higher education in information technology, health care, public administration, economics, or a related field;• at least 2 years of direct experience in digital health, including business process analysis, digital project coordination, information systems implementation, or digital team leadership;• experience coordinating projects involving government authorities and organizations responsible for the technical implementation of information systems;• experience preparing and monitoring work plans, meeting minutes, official correspondence, analytical materials, and reports;• knowledge of digital solutions and information systems used in the health system of the Kyrgyz Republic, including Sanarip Clinic, the iLab LIS, and the National BI Platform, is an advantage;• fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian;• proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as task management, planning, and monitoring tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Asana;• skills in using collaboration and document-sharing tools, such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint or equivalent solutions;• skills in preparing analytical reports and data visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools are an advantage.Interested candidates are invited to send their CV, indicating their contact telephone number and position in English and Russian, letters of recommendation from their place of work, copies of relevant diplomas and certificates, as well as the contact details of at least two referees for verification of references, by 18:00 on November 11, 2026, by email: puimzkr@gmail.com; saltanat1281@mail.ru; a_turgunalieva@mz.med.kg; or by mail to Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, Togolok-Moldo 1a St, 1nd floor, No. 12.
