Both studies will contribute to the Commission's aims of increasing our capacity to evaluate new requirements and policies, using data and analytics to make gambling regulation more effective and demonstrate how our understanding of our outcomes and our approach to evaluation has improved. The recommendations and outputs from both studies will inform the Commission's future evaluation approaches and contribute to wider policy considerations.Lot 1 is focused on the identification of optimum approaches for evaluating the complex topic of harm reduction approaches, including customer interaction. Lot 2 is focused on exploring how collaborative approaches and co-production can be applied to evaluation in the gambling sector. The opportunity is hosted via the Government Commercial Agency's e-Sourcing Portal, Jaggaer, and is being sourced through the Research and Insights Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6126).
