UNICEF is seeking a consultant to conduct a global cost-efficiency and cost-effectiveness study of Child Protection Case Management (CPCM) services in humanitarian settings. The assignment will assess programme costs, outcomes, and value for money across selected country contexts, identify key cost drivers and efficiency factors, compare different service delivery models, and develop recommendations to strengthen workforce planning, programme design, scale-up, quality assurance, localization, and donor investment in child protection programmes.
