The method of payment will be in Cash.• The deadline for bid submission is at 8:00 Afternoon local time (2:00 PM) on the 31st day of this bid announcement. The bid will be opened immediately thereafter, 8:30 Afternoon local time (2:30 PM) on the same date on presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below.
