Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office of the Auditor General, Anamnagar, Kathmandu at 1:00 P.M. of date 2083/08/01.6. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Office of the Auditor General, Anamnagar, Kathmandu by hand/courier on or before 12:00 Noon on 2083/08/11 BS. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours (local time) on 2083/08/11 BS at the Office of the Auditor General, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NPRs. 90,000.00 (In words: Ninety Thousand Rupees only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
