The method of payment will be cash. The Bidding Documents will be collected by the interested bidder. The procurement entity will hold a pre-bid meeting and site visit on 4th November, 2026 at the DC’s Complex at 08:30am• Bids must be valid for Thirty days after bid opening and must be delivered to the address in 9(c) and deposited in a box marked “IPDC Tender Box” that is placed at the Entrance to Ntchisi District Commissioner’s Offices at or before 10.00 Hours Local Time on Monday 23rd November, 2026.• All Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representative at Ntchisi Education office Conference Hall (You will be updated if there will be any changes).
